kind of having a tight timetable...
therefore , sentosa [ will be put to the dec holidays ] or cancel.
there are two choices,
BBQ at park , [doing outdoor activities [ depending who will lend the sports items] ]
Book a chalet at downtown east. [ indoor activities ]

Btw , it is not free.
will try to ask how much the choir fund can subsides.
then you have to pay .

therefore
1st choice [ cheaper ]
2nd [expensive but have a house]

i am thinking of doing this chalet during the coming holidays .
which is like... how many weeks later??
